If your job or hobby involves managing a discussion group on a free service such as Yahoo! Groups or Topica, you know that problems crop up frequently, and tech support can be minimal. This discussion group can help you out with advice from veteran list managers.

The group has been around since 1998; so, you know just about any problem or situation you could think of has come up and been dealt with. It's a busy group, often with 20 to 30 posts a day. Members share problems, advice, news, service glitches, warnings about rogue subscribers on their own lists, and other information. No problem is too insignificant, but check the extensive archives first to see if yours has been covered before.
